Zineletter No.6
by Sarah Louise Windisch
Welcome to August, where it’s hot enough to fry your last nerve and somehow not hot enough to melt the ancient slime your kids left in the carpet in 2019. There are no markets this month—just vibes, birthday energy, and a studio full of stickers demanding healthcare and hazard pay.
I’m turning 44 & Feral, and instead of being graceful about it, I’m throwing a double-deal sale, sending out a walrus sticker, and aggressively avoiding adulthood. Let’s go.
📚 COMMUNITY PRINT VIBES
This August I’m running a printmaking program at the library just for senior citizens—because it’s never too late to make a mess and call it art. It’s been deeply delightful and I’m feeling all kinds of inspired.
📦 NEW(ISH) PRINTS SOON
Just got a stack of pieces professionally scanned—so some of your faves (and maybe a few you’ve never seen before) will be available in shiny new forms soon. Watch this space.
👀 MAYBE KNOXVILLE?
Currently flirting with the idea of applying for a show in Knoxville—my second favorite World's Fair city. (Sorry, Seattle. I still love you.)
🧾 $4.40 off orders over $20 — because I’m 44 and generosity is cheaper than therapy.
🎁 Buy 4, Get the 4th Free — especially great for sticker hoarders, chaos collectors, and art goblins with commitment issues.
